Youth Parliament

The Youth Parliament in Kendriya Vidyalayas is an educational activity designed to foster a sense of democratic responsibility and awareness among students. It provides them with a platform to understand parliamentary procedures, debate current issues, and develop public speaking and leadership skills.

During these sessions, students take on roles as Members of Parliament and engage in discussions, debates, and decision-making processes similar to those in the actual Parliament. This activity aims to build their confidence, enhance their understanding of governance and democracy, and encourage active participation in the democratic process.
